Safety

We increase mobility in Wilmington to create access to safe streets

We increase awareness and learning of Safer Streets in Wilmington by expanding mobility for families to decrease high fatality rates. We also create mobility and access for children 0–5 year and their caregivers.

We work to create a culturally friendly environment to support and increase healthy food access and mental health development for children 0–5 years old and their caregivers.

We increase available green spaces to improve air quality, reduce trash/bulk and shape the environment

To continue to increase clean community spaces in Wilmington we engage in advocacy to improve air quality, reduce trash/bulk debris and increase green spaces in order to shape an environment for children 0–5 years old & their caregivers.

We advocate for early access to services for special needs, developmental disabilities for children 0–5 for successful transitions to kindergarten

We raise awareness and advocacy of caregiver’s early access to services for special needs, developmental disabilities, for children 0–5 years old to adapt to learning needs for a successful transition into kindergarten.
